Requirements
Maguire approached STAR in 2014 looking for a translation company that could support them in the process of launching their products into the European market. They required a range of materials, such as machine display texts, software texts, operating manuals and marketing brochures, to be available for their customers across Europe, reaching target audiences across 10 countries.

The STAR solution
As Maguire already had certain translations in their system from previous suppliers, STAR carried out a translation review on a product press release in four different languages, tweaking and polishing the translations to give Maguire peace of mind that their materials were suitable for publication and to ensure maximum impact in the respective target market. This also enabled STAR to understand the existing tone of voice used in Maguire materials so that we can be consistent with this for future orders.
