Requirements
Thunder first contacted STAR in 2016. Having won a new contract to create e-learning modules for a large new customer, they needed a partner to deliver translations and support the multilingual aspect of the training course. Initially working on smaller projects and one target language, they soon contacted us about a larger project that would require voiceover support.

The STAR solution
STAR worked closely with Thunder to translate training scripts and deliver finished voiceover files in four target languages. A close collaboration was needed in order to meet the partial delivery schedule set out by the customer and to make sure that the selected voiceover artists understood the specific requirements of the project. Voiceover recording poses a unique set of challenges, and Thunder appreciated STAR’s advice on best practice for the workflow and project management.
